Two reasonsto write to us.

Merchants who want a tag on their counter, and people who want to talk about the company. Both go to the same place and both get a real answer, including the answers that are still “we do not know yet”.

Which one is you

Pilot merchant,or partner.

Merchant pilot

You run a counter

Tell us where you trade, roughly how many payments a day you take, and what you use now. We will tell you what the pilot involves, what it will cost when that is settled, and what is still unresolved.

We are starting with pharmacies and filling stations, but if you run something else with a fixed counter and a queue, say so anyway.

What the pilot asks of you

Partnership and investment

You want to talk about the company

Investors, mobile money partners, payment providers and anybody working on the licensing side. Ask the awkward questions first: the investor page names the four things this project has not proved, and those are the ones worth spending a meeting on.

No round is open and nothing has been raised, so nobody needs to treat this as a pitch process.

The thesis and the honest risks

Say what youneed. We willsay what we can.

Everything except your phone number and where you trade is required, and those two are only useful if you are a merchant. There is no mailing list behind this form and nothing is passed on to anyone.

What is this about?

This site has no form backend yet, so pressing Send opens your own mail application with the message ready rather than submitting anything here.

Two things worthknowing already

Tap2MoMo is in pilot preparation and is not a service you can switch on. It holds no Bank of Ghana payment service provider authorisation, and pricing and settlement are not settled.

None of that is a reason not to get in touch. It is a reason to expect an honest answer rather than a sales call.
